บริษัท เอสซี แอสเสท คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) ชี้แจงข้อเท็จจริง กรณีตามที่ปรากฏข่าวสาร/ข้อมูลในสื่อต่างๆว่า Prince Holding Group ได้ลงทุนในบริษัทและโครงการต่างๆ ของเอสซีฯ รวมถึงมีการเชื่อมโยงระหว่างนายเฉินจื้อ และ Prince Holding Group กับบริษัทฯ นั้น
บริษัทฯ ขอเรียนชี้แจงว่า ข้อมูลดังกล่าว เป็นข้อมูลเท็จทั้งหมด โดยบริษัทฯ ไม่เคยมีธุรกรรมใดๆ กับนายเฉินจื้อ และ Prince Holding Group รวมทั้งนายเฉินจื้อ และ Prince Holding Groupไม่ได้เป็นผู้ลงทุนของบริษัทฯ และโครงการใดๆ ของบริษัทฯ แต่อย่างใด
ที่ผ่านมา บริษัทฯ ยึดมั่นในหลักธรรมาภิบาล ตลอดจนปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายทุกประการ บริษัทฯ จึงขอให้สื่อและประชาชนได้รับทราบข้อเท็จจริงดังกล่าวที่ถูกต้อง เพื่อมิให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิดและเกิดความเสียหายต่อชื่อเสียงของบริษัทฯ
บริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการทางกฎหมายกับผู้ที่เผยแพร่หรือกระทำการใดๆ อันเป็นเหตุให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อบริษัทฯ อย่างถึงที่สุด
จึงเรียนมาเพื่อทราบและโปรดระงับการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลอันเป็นเท็จ
SC Asset Has No Involvement with Mr. Neak Oknha Chen Zhi and Prince Holding Group
SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited (the “Company”) would like to clarify that the information circulating in certain media, claiming that Prince Holding Group or Mr. Neak Oknha Chen Zhi has invested in the Company or its projects, is entirely false.
The Company has never conducted any transactions with Mr. Chen Zhi or Prince Holding Group. Neither of them has ever invested in the Company or any of its projects.
The Company upholds strong corporate governance and full legal compliance. The Company will take all necessary legal actions against those who spread or act upon false information that may damage its reputation.
